Where does Mister Softee Operate?
We will do parties and events most anywhere in Ventura, Los Angeles and Santa Barbara Counties. We are developing street routes in Ventura County now and will be expanding soon!

Is Mister Softee available all year?
Yes. With this Southern California weather, as long as we aren’t already booked, we’re available. You may not see our trucks on the roads as much Dec-Feb, but we are always available for events.
Can Mister Softee set up inside?
No, we are an ice cream truck and our generators are meant to operate outdoors.
Is there a charge just to show up at our location or event?
That really depends on the location or event, but generally no. If you want us to stay for a prolonged amount of time, there may be a charge for that depending on your event.
My office building does Food Truck Friday, do you charge to come to that?
Generally not, as long as a pretty good crowd can be guaranteed to be there. Please let us know where you are and who to contact.
How many calories are in a Mister Softee cone?
A vanilla ice cream and cone are about 200 calories, a little more with sprinkles. Nutrition information is available upon request.
How long in advance do I need to book my event?
The more in advance the better. We can typically handle small events with 24 hours or less notice, while larger events require at least 48 hours advance notice.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel at least 3 days prior to your event, there is no charge. Within three days we charge 50% of the fee.
How do I pay for my event?
You can pay by cash, credit card or PayPal. We do require a 50% deposit when you reserve your event.
