Mister Softee of Southern California has proudly served Ventura, Los Angeles, and Santa Barbara Counties since launching in October 2015. Just passing our ten-year anniversary, we remain dedicated to delivering “The Very Best” soft serve through a robust and expanding operation. Our core business is anchored by seven iconic ice cream trucks and two dedicated retail stores located in Camarillo and East Ventura.
Our trucks and stores feature a full lineup of classic soft serve treats, including cones, sundaes, shakes, floats, and banana boats. Our retail locations offer expanded menu items such as Non-Dairy Dole Soft Serve, Italian Ice, Fresh Baked Goods, and select hard scoop flavors including Coconut Bliss.
(Note: Our “sister store” in Santa Barbara was successfully launched in 2023 by two of our dedicated Camarillo employees)
To enhance our catering abilities, we launched Surfside Softee’s Bikes & Carts in 2025. This service brings the nostalgic joy of ice cream directly to your guests, indoors or out, utilizing retro-cool ice cream carts and bikes.
The Bikes & Carts serve pre-packaged ice cream, ensuring minimal wait times and efficient service flow. This offering is highly customizable, with three levels of service designed to accommodate groups large and small-from birthday parties and employee appreciation days to large scale school dances, trade shows, and corporate events. Some items for the Bikes and Carts are from our stores, so you can have Mister Softee treats as part of your selection.
With over a decade of experience, we possess the proven expertise to ensure your event is a seamless success. We have catered thousands of special occasions, including Weddings, Corporate Picnics, School Functions, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Festivals, Graduation Parties, and TV/Film Shoots.
Our commitment to community is reflected in our powerful fundraising program. Are you looking for fundraising ideas? It’s simple; just have us at your event, or reserve a date in-store, and we donate a portion of our sales back to your organization. We have donated close to $500,000 to local schools and charities between 2015-2025.
